Fire safety inspections must be carried out every three years.
In buildings with the following areas:
- Office buildings with an area of over 750 m2
- Industrial and warehouse buildings with an area of over 1000 m2
- Garages with an area of over 1000 m2

Rapid Security OÜ performs self-inspection of the property owner and prepares a fire safety report, which is submitted to the Rescue Board.
The self-inspection reporting period is from January 1 to December 31. The fire safety report is submitted no later than March 31 of the year following the reporting period.
The fire safety report is submitted to the Rescue Information System once a year. A fire safety report is not prepared for residential buildings and premises.
Rapid Security OÜ undertakes to carry out fire safety inspections in the Client’s building(s) in a timely manner and to submit correct data as required by the Republic of Estonia.
